1. Services
QRofferz provides QR code generation, customization, management, and related digital solutions.
Services may include static or dynamic QR codes, analytics, redirection, and digital content linking.
QRofferz reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue any service at any time.
2. Account & Usage
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
QR codes must not be used for illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
QRofferz reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if misuse is detected.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
All fees are charged as per the selected plan or service package.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Subscription-based services will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. QR Code Functionality
Static QR codes cannot be edited once generated.
Dynamic QR codes may require an active subscription to remain functional.
QRofferz is not responsible for QR code performance issues caused by third-party platforms, poor printing quality, or damaged materials.
5. Content Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for the content linked to their QR codes.
QRofferz does not monitor or verify linked content and is not liable for any legal or regulatory issues arising from it.
Any content violating local or international laws is strictly prohibited.
6. Data & Analytics
Analytics data is provided for informational purposes only.
QRofferz does not guarantee 100% accuracy of scan data due to device, network, or browser limitations.
7. Intellectual Property
All QRofferz software, branding, logos, and platform content remain the intellectual property of QRofferz.
Clients may not resell, copy, or redistribute QRofferz services without written permission.
8. Service Availability
While we strive for uninterrupted service, QRofferz does not guarantee continuous availability.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
QRofferz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
10. Termination
QRofferz reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if terms are violated.
Upon termination, QR codes and linked services may be deactivated.
11. Amendments
QRofferz may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
