Refund Policy

At QRofferz, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality QR code and digital services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Services

All QRofferz services are digital in nature and are delivered instantly or upon activation.

Once a QR code is generated, activated, or a service is accessed, refunds are not applicable.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable, including partially used subscription periods.

Customers are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

3. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment made by the customer

Technical failure from QRofferz’s system that prevents service delivery and cannot be resolved

Incorrect billing due to an error on our side

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect plan selection by the customer

QR codes printed, distributed, or already in use

Service suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions

Third-party issues (hosting platforms, browsers, internet providers, printers)

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

Refund processing time may take 14 working days, depending on banks or payment gateways.

Transaction or gateway fees are non-refundable.

6. Plan Downgrades & Upgrades

Upgrading a plan will be charged on a pro-rata basis where applicable.

Downgrades will take effect in the next billing cycle and are not eligible for refunds.
